Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in reporting, meeting deadlines, and achieving high accuracy standards.
  • Timely and accurate resolution of customer issues while delivering exceptional service.
  • Integration of processes and results from various workflows to propose effective solutions.
  • Management of data workflows in conjunction with CRM tools.
  • Utilization of CRM systems for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support for multiple product lines within the assigned business segment, catering to industrial and construction distributors, end-user accounts, and OEMs.
  • Engagement with stakeholders until all open orders are addressed appropriately.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned products and systems to facilitate growth within the Customer Support Organization.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships across various departments including plants, warehouses, sales, pricing, product management, and procurement.
  • Understand organizational structures to effectively escalate and resolve issues.
