Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in reporting, meeting deadlines, and achieving high accuracy standards.
- Timely and accurate resolution of customer issues while delivering exceptional service.
- Integration of processes and results from various workflows to propose effective solutions.
- Management of data workflows in conjunction with CRM tools.
- Utilization of CRM systems for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support for multiple product lines within the assigned business segment, catering to industrial and construction distributors, end-user accounts, and OEMs.
- Engagement with stakeholders until all open orders are addressed appropriately.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned products and systems to facilitate growth within the Customer Support Organization.
- Build and maintain professional relationships across various departments including plants, warehouses, sales, pricing, product management, and procurement.
- Understand organizational structures to effectively escalate and resolve issues.
