Job Summary

Vitality Living is seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Maintain residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
  • Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances and complete med cart audits.
  • Provide direct resident care and assist with ADLs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma, CPR certification, Med Tech certification, and at least 6 months of similar experience.
