Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and prompt greeting to customers visiting the service department
  • Engage with each customer to understand their needs and communicate repair requirements to technicians
  • Promote additional services in a respectful and informative manner
  • Deliver precise estimates for repair and maintenance services
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operations
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
  • Facilitate the sale and management of extended warranties
  • Assess the quality of repairs and confirm the completion of all tasks
  • Inform customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
  • Clarify repairs and associated costs to customers
  • Address minor customer inquiries and concerns
  • Keep the Service Manager updated on any issues or potential challenges
  • Achieve and maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores as per dealership standards
