Healthcare Operations Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team at Women's Health Arizona. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Verify patient demographic and insurance information, update records as necessary, and assist patients with completing registration forms.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments accurately, ensuring appropriate time slots and provider availability.
- Patient Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and organizing medical records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certification in healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
