Healthcare Correspondence Specialist

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a skilled T-5 Routine Correspondence Specialist to join our team in select US states. This remote opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the JobThe successful candidate will review incoming TRICARE routine correspondence, conduct research and analysis, refer issues to subject matter experts, and develop written responses to address beneficiary inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and determine the most appropriate course of action for incoming routine correspondence submissions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis using multiple TriWest online systems.
- Communicate with various departments, subcontractors, field operational offices, and stakeholders to obtain required information.
- Develop written responses to inquiries and coordinate all input into planned responses prior to managerial review.
- Associate degree in political science, communications, business management, or equivalent experience.
- US citizenship and ability to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
- Experience in investigating and/or responding to complaints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
$51,000-$66,000 per year, depending on experience, for Colorado, Hawaii, Washington D.C., and Washington State residents.
