We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support throughout their TMS treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching and support services to patients.
- Develop and implement personalized coaching strategies to achieve patient goals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in de-escalation techniques.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
