As an Enterprise Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our ERP system reimplementation program. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the project life cycle, maintaining documentation and controlling financials. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to identify, document, and resolve project issues effectively.
About the Role:
* Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
* Control and maintain project contracts and financials
* Support the Senior Project Manager in efficiently identifying, documenting, and owning project issues ensuring they are appropriately resolved
* Create and maintain project documentation
* Ensure time reporting is completed by project team members on a timely basis
Responsibilities:
* Participate in project planning, contracting, budgeting, and overall strategy
* Evaluate project progress continually, ensuring project is on track with schedule, budget and scope
* Coordinate and facilitate vendor requests for proposals, statement of works and other vendor contractual elements to ensure project success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to connect with multiple suppliers and Hollister Associates across functions and geographies
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Planview
* Mobility and able to travel
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
