Digital Content Specialist with Adobe Experience Manager Expertise

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at AbbVie, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our Digital Lab Consumer Channels team, you will be responsible for creating and publishing high-quality content across our brand marketing websites and customer apps using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Key Responsibilities- Author web pages and components within AEM based on requirements documentation provided by the Web specialist.
- Implement re-usable components and experience fragments to streamline the authoring process.
- Work closely with QA partners to ensure perfect execution of project briefs.
- Using CSS expertise, match creative specifications to project briefs and partner with other authors to problem-solve CSS issues.
- Manage assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document browser/platform compatibility issues and standards.
- Collaborate and partner with Web specialists and the broader channels team members.
- Edit a variety of digital content as needed, including marketing pages, informational content, navigational elements, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help, alert messages, and FAQs.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience contributing to enterprise websites using Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) for authoring/updating content.
- 5+ years authoring CSS changes in an enterprise website capacity.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud UI & UX applications (Xd, InD, Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
- Competency with web UX conventions and standards, including accessibility and SEO.
- General knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot web front-end functionality issues, cross-browser, and device issues.
- MS Office Suites background (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Exposure to Agile development process preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry required.
- Estimated Salary: $91,500 - $173,500.
