Summary:

The Project Analyst will provide central support for the Services Operations team, ensuring a high level of accuracy and comprehensive knowledge of services, tools, and operational and financial reporting. This role involves managing multiple queues efficiently and effectively, supporting team objectives, and maintaining best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain systems of record for the full lifecycle of key services.
  • Communicate Services engagement methodology and best practices to coworkers and partners.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve coworker and customer inquiries, complaints, or disputes on behalf of management.
  • Review and ensure compliance with contracts and related components, addressing any gaps or non-compliance issues.
  • Oversee contract lifecycles, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements.
  • Identify and assess risks that could impact financial reporting.
  • Analyze monthly reports to identify revenue-generating opportunities and implement adjustments.
  • Provide consultation and expert advice to Services management and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Work with IT and internal teams to educate and mentor them on Services reporting processes and requirements.
  • Decompose business problems, determine root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide perspective of processes and tools, fostering creative problem-solving and innovation.
  • Participate in continuous tool and process improvement projects.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Technology, Business, or Finance).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT-related Professional Services environment.

  • Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and common-sense decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to other company locations or client sites as needed.
