Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the realization of product vision, collaborating on roadmap development and managing various projects through all stages of project life cycle, from initial conception to ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain and prioritize backlogs for the engineering team, collaborating closely with a technical development lead and Product Owner to clarify timelines and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate new feature demonstrations, align stakeholders on features and progress, and execute roadmaps based on business priorities.
  • Drive the creation of design mockups with UX designers and artists, ensuring quality outcomes across multiple quarters.
  • Monitor potential risks and challenges, providing proactive strategies to mitigate issues before they escalate.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated organizational and program management capabilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Experience in crafting engaging user experiences and curating content across various media types, including video and animation.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and project management skills are essential.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects on the web, showcasing analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies such as Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile frameworks is preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan, create, and sustain an effective production schedule across multiple disciplines from concept to completion.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and comprehensive web development practices is advantageous.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit is crucial.
