About the Role:

The IT Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that the appropriate number of laptops is available for distribution. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop distribution schedules and timelines to meet delivery deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills to ensure all SLA's are met and maintained. They will also be responsible for triaging customer requests utilizing internal ticketing systems and within SLA's.

Additionally, the IT Asset Management Specialist will conduct quality checks on laptops to ensure they meet the required standards before distribution. They will communicate effectively with recipients to provide guidance on laptop usage and address any concerns or queries they may have.

The successful candidate will also troubleshoot any issues that arise during the distribution process, such as delays in delivery or technical malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.

Finally, the IT Asset Management Specialist will coordinate with partner teams to ensure secure data destruction for PII and monitor and analyze distribution patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize the distribution process.

Requirements:
US IT Logistics experience required, global experience a plus
2+ years relevant experience
Experience with L1/L1.5 troubleshooting
Experience with 3rd party CRM tools
