Position Overview:
The Logistics Support Specialist collaborates with the Warehouse Operations Manager and the Distribution Center Lead to ensure that orders from the domestic distribution center and in-house print network are processed and dispatched efficiently.
Importance of the Role:
The Logistics Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately packed and prepared for shipment to meet customer expectations. The primary focus is on picking and packing all domestic distribution center parcel orders, along with assisting with various departmental requests and performing general warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct to Consumer Warehouse:
- Assist in the picking and packing of Direct-to-Consumer, wholesale, and sample orders.
- Support inventory management for Direct-to-Consumer, including monitoring and restocking.
Wholesale/Sample Orders:
- Assist in the packaging of bulk orders, including wholesale orders and managing print vendor inventory transfers, donations, and returns.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Assist in unloading and loading containers, staging, wrapping, storing, and inventorying products.
- Utilize a forklift to retrieve and store products, as well as consolidate and move inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including garbage disposal and sweeping.
Inter-Department Communication:
- Act as the internal point of contact for the Distribution Center, managing communications and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Facilitate warehouse communications with various company departments.
- Handle general requests such as shipping inquiries, product specifications, and inventory confirmations, collaborating with the customer service team on order status updates.
Systems Management:
- Utilize Acumatica for inventory adjustments and product transfers.
- Manage LTL/FTL quotes, bookings, and scheduling, preparing pallets for transit.
- Process returns through third-party platforms and monitor logistics to ensure shipping timelines are met.

Qualifications and Skills:
