We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to join our team at Disbelief. This is a full-time position based in Cambridge, MA or Chicago, IL.

As a Technical Director at Disbelief, you will be responsible for leading technical teams and providing guidance on cutting-edge projects. You will have a strong understanding of Unreal Engine architecture and experience with C++ programming. Your excellent communication and diplomacy skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience writing C++ on AAA game teams and a track record as an excellent individual contributor. They will also have experience with multiple areas of development, including graphics programming, rendering, physics, audio, VR, AR, and other APIs frequently used in game development.

We offer a competitive salary of $175,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance where applicable, hybrid remote work options, and the opportunity to work on high-profile games and engines.
