Position Summary:
As a Customer Care Consultant, your primary role will be to assist and guide our valued guests through their cannabis purchasing experience. This position demands exceptional customer service skills, a comprehensive understanding of cannabis regulations, and a respectful demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to all guests and provide expert consultations on cannabis strains and products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of cannabis varieties, effects, and appropriate applications to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Handle opening and closing duties efficiently, ensuring the dispensary is well-maintained.
- Manage communication through phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding cannabis laws and product availability.
- Administer support channels to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and register management.
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management to improve service quality.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the dispensary, including restocking and display maintenance.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
