Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in the development of ruggedized avionics products.
  • Knowledge of Avionics regulatory and certification requirements, including TSO, MIL-STD, DO-160, DO-254, DO-178B/C, DO-297, APR4754A.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance system performance with cost and affordability.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with both individual contributors and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects from conception through execution.
  • A passion for learning and growth in a high-tech environment.
