- Monitor financial performance and manage project billing processes.
- Establish efficient workflows and training programs for team members.
Team Development:
- Design and implement training sessions and mentoring programs for staff.
- Manage ongoing professional development and certification renewals.
- Identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Client Standards and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with client performance requirements and design specifications.
- Maintain standards for documentation and reporting.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their application in client projects.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in the telecom and security sectors.
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on design-build or plan-spec projects.
- Proven track record of client interaction in consulting or construction.
- Experience in delivering professional presentations on project status and improvement opportunities.
- Relevant certifications such as RCDD for Telecom and PSP for Security.
- Strong understanding of construction delivery methods.
- A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in managing both internal and external engineering teams.
- Ability to develop detailed scopes of work and assess professional contracts.
