About the Role

The High-Performing Car Sales Representative plays a vital part in driving sales and finance processes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting lot operations and omni-channel sales. Key responsibilities include fully executing the sales process, achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining strong CRM output and quality. This role requires continuous utilization of trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork, and recovering missing documents. Additionally, it involves supporting the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR, vehicle photography, delivering cars to partner hubs as needed, and supporting lot organization and merchandising.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years' experience in car sales. A valid Driver's License is also mandatory. You should be capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal-oriented, and identify and support business needs.
