As a Project Engineer at MasTec Civil, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of complex transportation projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Review project contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare project schedules and monthly updates to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to resolve project challenges, conflicts, and technical issues.
  • Prepare and submit prime and subcontractor change orders to ensure accurate billing and payment.
  • Manage document control, including submittal schedules, contract documents, project record drawings, and technical submittal lists.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Engineering and Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the civil construction field, with a strong understanding of construction engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
