The Project Coordination Engineer plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate business objectives through comprehensive data analysis
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the company's profitability
  • Deliver financial and analytical assistance to the preconstruction and project management teams
  • Support the project management team in the change order management process
  • Act as a communication bridge between departments and the project team to meet project requirements
  • Process information within designated timelines to ensure efficiency
  • Organize and manage workflows to ensure all project-specific data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
  • Conduct thorough analyses across multiple projects
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Salary Information:

  • Starting Salary: $60,000 annually
  • Compensation based on experience
