Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical engineering information to project supervision and crafts to ensure construction work complies with all safety regulations, engineering standards, codes, and specifications.
- Review project contracts, plans, and specifications in their entirety to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare project schedules and monthly updates to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to resolve project challenges, conflicts, and technical issues.
- Prepare and submit prime and subcontractor change orders to ensure accurate tracking of project costs.
- Manage document control to include submittal schedules, contract documents, project record drawings, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare and maintain technical submittal lists, NPDES permits, storm water pollution prevention plans, and project progress schedules as required.
- Comply with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking, joint measurements with owner and/or engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing, claims, and other relevant activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Engineering and Management.
- ~4 or more years' experience in the civil construction field (office/field role).
