Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple MEP projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
- Develop and nurture customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support
- Mentor early-career professionals, helping them grow and develop in their careers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve processes
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and process piping
- Experience working at an MEP firm managing multiple MEP projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
