About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Empire Telecom. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and sourcing new consumer leads, building relationships, and converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert on Verizon products and services, effectively communicating their value to potential customers.
  • Build tailored service packages for TV, Internet, Phone services, and mobility to enhance customer experiences.
  • Process sales orders on an iPad through an easy-to-use purchase order system.
  • Actively engage with consumers during door-to-door visits to create sales opportunities.
  • Sell Verizon products by going door-to-door, meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous D2D sales/customer service experience preferred, but not required (we're willing to train the right individual).
  • Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.
  • Available to work day shifts Monday-Friday.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
