Job DescriptionAt Bay Central Printing, Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are a commercial printing company with offices in east and south bay, serving fortune companies with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have a talent for building relationships, a strong understanding of business principles, and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to our salesperson, answering incoming emails and phone calls, and updating CRM records. They will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and tasks, and to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements
⁠ ⁠Minimum high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
⁠ ⁠Excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, work under production deadline, reliable and a good team player with a professional, friendly tone
⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and find the best solutions for a problem
⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented, excellent attention to detail and accurate
⁠ ⁠Self-starter and very organized
⁠ ⁠Internet savvy and deep knowledge of social media
⁠ ⁠Good interpersonal and listening skills
⁠ ⁠Ability to work without direct supervision, flexibility and creativity
⁠ ⁠Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus

Duties
⁠ ⁠Provide assistance to our salesperson by attending in-house daily meetings
⁠ ⁠Answering incoming emails and phone calls, and ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
⁠ ⁠Answering questions about in-house orders and provide assistance with orders
⁠ ⁠Updating CRM records and following up with customers in a timely manner
⁠ ⁠Keep comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date notes and tasks
