About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Director, Campaign and Data Activation to lead our team in delivering innovative digital experiences for our customers. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our campaign and data activation strategies, ensuring seamless integration across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for campaign and data activation, aligning with our business objectives and driving measurable results.
  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of Tech Leads and Engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with our Enterprise and Solution architecture teams to design and implement scalable and secure solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Market Analysis and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations to inform our product strategy and ensure we remain competitive.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with our Data, Marketing, Legal, and Market teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with our Strategic Insights team to measure and drive product adoption and customer sentiment, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software delivery, engineering, or architecture, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering digital products with measurable results.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on building problem-solving skills and engineering competency.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive outcomes and solve problems.
