Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and mentor students in our undergraduate and graduate programs, including courses in health systems organization, management, and leadership.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our department's research agenda, focusing on topics such as healthcare innovation, quality improvement, and population health.
  • Engage in service activities, including committee work, professional organization membership, and community outreach.
  • Provide career advising and coaching to students, helping them to achieve their goals and succeed in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Health Administration or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in a leadership or administrative role in a healthcare setting.
  • Track record of interdisciplinary collaboration and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience as an executive leader in a healthcare organization.
  • Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
  • Residential and online teaching experience.
