About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partner to join our team at MediaRadar. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage account health, drive broader solution adoption, and map account penetration to mobilize sales and customer success teams.
  • Rally internal teams to address customer issues, partner with Finance and Revenue Operations for accurate invoicing, and collaborate with Sales for successful new client onboarding.
  • Influence our product roadmap by sharing client feedback with Commercial leaders and Product teams.
  • Drive retention and sustainable long-term growth across the book of business, plan and manage renewal activity, and create compelling business proposals.
  • Stay abreast of media industry developments and share industry learnings with the broader commercial team.
Requirements
  • 6-10+ years in account management at an Enterprise SaaS company or equivalent experience leading account strategy with Fortune 50 Enterprise level customers.
  • Experience establishing and growing senior and executive level client relationships, being seen as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience leading a $5M+ book of business and commercial negotiations.
