Duties & Responsibilities of the Service Electrician:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience in managing the complete electrical installation of custom homes.
  • Supervise 1-4 assistants on larger projects.
  • Assemble and install electrical systems, conductors, lighting fixtures, devices, and related materials in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct testing, upgrades, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure installations are executed in a neat and professional manner, adhering to NEC and Florida Building Code standards.
  • Maintain tools provided by the company and oversee inventory levels in the service vehicle.


Qualifications for Service Electricians:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical trade, with a focus on residential installations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential service work.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • A Journeyman electrician license is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Clear criminal background check and ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
