Duvari Group is on the lookout for a Lead Back End Java Engineer with a strong background in API development and AWS Services. Work Environment:
Our team encourages collaboration and requires team members to be based in specific locations to facilitate local meetings. This hybrid role is designed for individuals who can work from one of our designated offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement robust Java/Spring applications within a distributed framework.
- Create new API functionalities and integrate external APIs while prioritizing security.
- Enhance fraud prevention measures by developing and incorporating innovative features into our advanced security authentication solutions.
Qualifications for Success:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with over 8 years of experience in developing enterprise-level, SaaS-based Java applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AWS cloud technologies, particularly S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Document DB, ECS, Step Functions, SNS, and VPC, with a focus on creating scalable cloud infrastructures.
- Extensive experience in both Python and Java for microservices and Lambda function development, with a solid grasp of stateless and scalable service architecture.
- A comprehensive understanding of delivering both functionality and an excellent user experience.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical projects and collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts and mentoring junior team members.
