Family Law Attorney Opportunity

GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Family Law Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow alongside top practitioners in the area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload independently and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of family law matters.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence, including pleadings, financial disclosures, and mediation briefs.
  • Prepare and propound discovery, as well as take and defend depositions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Track billable hours and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless execution of practice.

Qualifications:

  • Must be admitted to and in good standing with the state bar.
  • 3 years of practicing Family Law, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to handle sensitive family law matters with empathy and level-headedness.
  • Strong writing and legal research skills, with attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
