About the Opportunity
The Albright College Office of the Registrar invites applicants for an Academic Records Specialist or Higher Education Administrative Coordinator position. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate student academic records, supporting registration processes, and contributing to the success of our students. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
* Manage student academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
* Collaborate with the registration team to plan, implement, and administer registration processes, including course scheduling, registration periods, and class capacity management.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulations to provide expert guidance to students, faculty, and staff.
* Process student transcripts, verifications, degree audits, and other official academic documents, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Higher Education Administration, Business, or Information Systems.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a higher education setting, preferably in a Registrar's office or related administrative role.
* Proven expertise in student records management, academic policies, and registration processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn core systems related to academic records management and student registration.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $58,000 - $68,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Located in Reading, PA, this opportunity offers a unique blend of challenge, growth, and community involvement.
