Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Education and Assessment Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in the Colony Park area. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in School Psychology and be licensed/certified as a PA School Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess students' cognitive, academic, and social/emotional needs, providing recommendations for support and interventions.
  • To work closely with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • To collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Mastery of school psychology principles, theories, and practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with educational software, technology, and assessment tools.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position is $50 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. This rate reflects the current market conditions and the qualifications required for the role.

Work Environment:
