About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Seasonal Museum Associate to join our team at the World of Little League Peter J. McGovern Museum and Official Store in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing the museum for visitors each morning
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions from visitors
  • Lead occasional museum tours and provide information about the exhibits
  • Assist full-time staff with various museum projects and tasks
  • Perform light office work and assist with the sale of merchandise
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with all age groups and be sociable and outgoing
  • Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks
  • Pursuing a degree in History or related field preferred
What We Offer

This is a part-time seasonal position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $12 and flexible hours from 9 AM to 4 PM, including weekends. We provide training for the right candidate and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
