About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Seasonal Museum Associate to join our team at the World of Little League Peter J. McGovern Museum and Official Store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, providing engaging museum experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing the museum for visitors each morning
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering occasional museum tours
  • Support full-time staff with various museum projects and tasks
  • Perform light office work and assist with the sale of merchandise
Requirements
  • A positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all age groups
  • Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office preferred
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
