**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Liaison to join our team and contribute to our success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for inbound/outbound communication and business development across all eligible business units. This role acts as the local market leader, externally facing our community of referral partnerships.

Your primary responsibility will be to explain the benefits of enrollment and provide guidance on patient eligibility for our suite of businesses in a given market. You will also track performance in CRM, demonstrating plan adherence to budgeted targets for a given region.

You will schedule face-to-face or phone discussions with patients, caregivers, POAs, and guardians to provide guidance on patient eligibility and benefit enrollment programs. Additionally, you will obtain Voluntary Alignment Forms from patients, POAs, or guardians at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis and competitive landscape differentiation
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon F2F and virtual meeting goals with key decision-makers
  • Thorough understanding of eligibility and enrollment processes
  • Performance tracking in CRM and adherence to budgeted targets
  • Scheduling face-to-face or phone discussions with patients and their caregivers
  • Providing direction on benefit enrollment programs and processes
  • Obtaining Voluntary Alignment Forms
  • Triage of patient concerns related to care needs, scheduling, and billing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months or more of administrative office experience or outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Report software
