Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our medical staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve annual business and strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with community agencies and partners.
  • Monitor and improve processes and outcomes of care.
  • Assure achievement of annual recruitment and retention objectives for provider staffing.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensed to practice as a physician in Montana with full prescriptive authority.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice.
  • Five years' experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Montana license to practice medicine.
  • Board Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License issued by the State of Montana.

Working Conditions:

Work indoors in a climate-controlled environment 95% of the time. OSHA Exposure Category #1.

Work Hours:

Full-time, Exempt. Typically, a 40 – 45-hour work week. Evening and weekend hours as needed.
