Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adult Psychiatrist to join our clinical team in the Wilmington area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for adult patients
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
  • Current licensure in one or more US states
  • Experience in medication management and therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
