Key Responsibilities* Formulate psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop collaborative treatment plans.
* Provide individual and family therapy based on clinical need, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes.
* Coordinate Outpatient Therapy Services with other agencies and supports involved with the client and family.

Requirements* Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field.
* Licensure in the State of Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist, preferred.
* Valid driver's license and proper insurance to provide contracted services.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
