About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager III to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to fleet efficiency, resource stranding, reverse supply chain, and other fleet priorities. As a key member of our Technical Infrastructure team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects to translate new supply chain capabilities into cost reduction initiatives or user-facing feature improvements.
  • Collaborate with software engineering partners to manage product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Support operations and analytic projects related to the allocation and budgeting of internal computing resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce resource stranding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain transformation.
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to deliver solutions in a changing environment.
