  • Communication: Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner, providing directional and informational assistance as needed.
  • Policy Enforcement: Consistently enforce facility policies and procedures related to prohibited items, disruptive behavior, and other security-related matters.
Requirements
  • Valid Security Certification: Possess a valid CT Guard Card, preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a thorough understanding of English.
  • Radio Communication: Knowledge and skill in radio communication.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, traverse various terrain, and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Crisis Management: Ability to exercise sound judgment, remain calm, and focused in fast-paced and stressful situations.
