Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with critical illness or injury, utilizing the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications, with experience in acute care nursing and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
