Nurse Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care and promote optimal health outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and professional development, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest clinical best practices and advances in our field.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the care of critically ill patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, promoting a positive and respectful patient experience
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current on the latest clinical best practices and advances in our field
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, promoting optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- 1 year of experience in a critical care or trauma setting
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Medium work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
