Overview

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU Stepdown team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU Stepdown unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure
  • Graduate of a certified School of Nursing
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice
