Program Overview

Lennar's Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program is a 1-year entry-level program designed for recent college graduates to develop their skills and contribute to the company's innovative projects. The program provides a unique opportunity for participants to work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

As a participant in the RCG Program, you will be responsible for analyzing data from digital marketing campaigns, creating reports to measure performance, reach, and efficiency, and presenting findings and recommendations based on data analysis. You will also assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications.

Requirements

To be eligible for the RCG Program, you must be a recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field. You must also have experience using SEO and knowledge of different marketing channels. Additionally, you should have a strong critical thinking skills, self-directed and innovative mindset, and the ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment.

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is a sedentary office position that requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. You must also be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move items less than 50 pounds, and have finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
