Program Overview

Lennar's Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program is a 1-year entry-level program designed for recent college graduates. The program provides a unique opportunity to engage in significant projects, leveraging next-gen technology to provide innovative solutions across the company, industry, and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Software Engineer: Gather and translate internal and external client requirements into technical design specifications as well as business process reengineering. Code high-quality solutions and unit tests, ensuring successful integration into the overall application/system with clean, robust, and well-tested interfaces.
  • Data Engineer: Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity by performing data validation and cleansing activities as well as integration support. Exposure to databases, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
Requirements
  • Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, computer engineering or a similar field
  • Experience using programming language(s) such as Python, SQL, Scala, Java, JavaScript, C# or C++
