Lennar has been recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.  Program Summary: Lennar’s Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program is a 1-year, entry-level program beginning in June, in which associates engage in significant projects, leveraging next-gen technology to provide innovative solutions across the company, industry, and beyond. The program will facilitate participants’ development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and team building. Upon program completion, high-performing RCGs will have the opportunity to continue in their current role or another internal role within Technology.  Responsibilities:  Provide technical expertise for Lennar’s security solutions to encompass management frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices in support of the Information Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance Programs Assist in the identification, analysis, and assessment of information risk scenarios Participate in technology evaluations of risk and controls, particularly when evaluating high-risk systems and applications Support effective communication between the internal/external audit and information security team, IT operations, and other departments  Monitor current and proposed security changes impacting regulatory, privacy, and security industry best practice guidance  Requirements: Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025 Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field Must be authorized to work in the United States Experience in policy and control development as it relates to meeting compliance requirements from relevant regulations such as SOC, FFIEC, PCI and others Ability to explain technical issues confidently and simply without hype or buzzwords Ability to work within Scrum & Agile methodologies Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individually Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset Interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers Completion of Lennar Technology Internship or other relevant technology internship with strong performance (preferred)  Life at Lennar At Lennar, Everything’s Included in our homes, and Everyone’s Included on our team.
