Program Overview

Lennar's Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program is a 1-year entry-level program designed for recent college graduates to develop their technical skills and contribute to impactful projects. The program provides a collaborative and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise for Lennar's security solutions, encompassing management frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and assessing information risk scenarios.
  • Participate in technology evaluations of risk and controls, particularly for high-risk systems and applications.
  • Support effective communication between the internal/external audit and information security team, IT operations, and other departments.
  • Monitor current and proposed security changes impacting regulatory, privacy, and security industry best practice guidance.
Requirements
  • Graduating from a 4-year college or university between December 2024 and May 2025.
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience in policy and control development as it relates to meeting compliance requirements from relevant regulations.
  • Ability to explain technical issues confidently and simply without hype or buzzwords.
  • Ability to work within Scrum & Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individually.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset.
  • Interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes.
  • Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities.
  • Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications.
  • Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers.
  • Completion of Lennar Technology Internship or other relevant technology internship with strong performance (preferred).

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Additionally, the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move items less than 50 pounds is required. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator is also necessary.

Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
