Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice at Dental Views. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with dentists and patients to achieve optimal results
  • Manage patient scheduling, coordination, and communication, ensuring seamless care delivery
  • Analyze and process insurance claims, maximizing benefits and minimizing delays
  • Collaborate with the front office team to maintain accurate records and reports, meeting regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, embodying our core values and promoting a positive patient experience
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role, with a strong background in dental terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; familiarity with dental software and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
