Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care and treatments to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident health status, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
- Supervise and direct the work of unlicensed staff, ensuring they are providing high-quality care and support to residents.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers certification.
- Ability to use technology, including computers, handheld devices, and fax machines.
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- 1-3 years of experience as a LPN in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care software.
