Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing work quality and managing budgetary constraints.
  • Facilitating communication among clients, developers, architects, and engineers.
  • Creating and maintaining work schedules for contractors and laborers.
  • Identifying and leveraging the skills of team members to enhance productivity and work quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to budget and timeline requirements.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections.
  • Providing updates on project progress and addressing challenges.
  • Recruiting and managing contractors and subcontractors.
  • Staying informed about the latest industry knowledge and practices.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Internship experience is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and communication abilities.
  • Certification in relevant fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management software is essential.

Compensation: $38,000 - $42,000 per year

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as necessary

Travel Requirements: Travel may be necessary.

Commute: Must be able to commute as required.
