Job Summary

Bell Brothers is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team in our fast-paced call center. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on issues and provide updates
  • Use critical thinking skills to identify client needs and provide solutions
  • Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
